Frances Rivera

Frances Rivera is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management, currently serving as Store Manager at Fossil Group, Inc. since March 2015. Previously held the position of Store Manager at CACHE INC from November 2008 to February 2015, where responsibilities included recruiting and training a customer service-oriented sales team to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Frances also has a background in research and journalism, having worked as a Researcher for the Cámara de Representantes Puerto Rico and as a Journalist for Camara de Representantes Hon. Bernardo Marquez. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Cache Clothing from 2004 to 2008. Frances Rivera holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Communication from the University of Puerto Rico.
