James Webb

James Webb is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and communications. At Fossil Group, Inc. since 2014, James serves as Chief People and Communication Officer, overseeing global learning and development, employee engagement, and corporate communications. Previously, James held the position of Head of Organizational Development & Learning at Zale Jewelers from 2010 to 2014, where strategic development of learning programs across multiple brands was a primary focus. James's career began at Blockbuster, serving as Vice President of Organizational Development & HR, contributing significantly to human resources initiatives and company structure. James holds a B.A. in Organizational Management with a minor in Psychology from Ashford University and further education from Cornell University's ILR School.
