Javier Melon Gil is a Sr. UI/UX Designer and co-founder with extensive experience in design and branding. Currently at Fossil Group, Inc. since 2021, Javier previously held senior design roles at Frederic Fekkai & Co, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., and Ouidad, where they were responsible for developing branding and creating digital marketing assets. Javier earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has also obtained a Cabin Crew Certificate from Escuela de Instrucción y Perfeccionamiento Aeronáutico.
