Jenny Cunniff

Jenny Cunniff is the Chief of Staff at Fossil Group, Inc., bringing over 15 years of experience in retail category strategy, brand management, merchandising, and product development. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Fossil Group, including Senior Director positions in Global Merchandising and Category Strategy, where they demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration and financial acumen. Cunniff started their career in merchandising as an Assistant Merchandiser at Gap Inc. and has developed a track record of exceeding financial targets while fostering engaged teams. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel and Textile Management at Cornell University.
