Marcel Graf

Marcel Graf is currently the Vice President of HR EMEA at Fossil Group, Inc., where they contribute to corporate HR strategy and ensure regional implementation to support growth for around 4,000 employees. They previously held the position of Head of HR EMEA & APAC, overseeing HR functions for 5,000 staff members. Prior to their tenure at Fossil Group, Marcel worked at H&M for a decade in various HR and management roles, including Manager of Staff Department and HR Manager for logistics in Belgium, France, and Italy. Marcel earned multiple degrees in business administration and HR throughout their educational journey.
