Bill Elder

Bill Elder, CPA, CGMA, MSA, is the VP of Treasury at Foster Fuels, Inc. and has significant experience in the field of accounting, particularly within the higher education sector. Previously, they served as the Executive Director of Cashiering and Treasury Services at Liberty University and held roles such as AVP for Finance/Controller at Sweet Briar College and VP Finance/CFO at Wheeling University. Bill managed various finance functions at Quality Foods Cooperative, Inc. from 1984 to 1995, and led D & B Distributing Company, Inc. as President from 1995 to 2008. They hold a BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University.
