Beth Bulger

Beth Bulger is the Director of HR Consulting Services at FosterThomas, Inc., a position they have held since 1999. Prior to this role, Beth worked as a Human Resources Consultant at The HR Tempsource and as a Technical Recruiter at The Apex Group. They also served as an Executive Assistant at Ajilon from 1994 to 1997. Currently, Beth is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
