Amanda Cai is currently the Co-CHO at Fosun Health Business Group. Amanda began their career as a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant at Aon Hewitt, where they specialized in executive compensation design and performance management from 2008 to 2011. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai International Studies University.
