Dian Yang

Dian Yang is an Audit Manager at FOSUN, a position held since 2018, where they focus on financial due diligence. Prior to this role, Dian served as a Senior Assurance Associate at PwC from 2017 to 2018 and as an Assurance Associate from 2015 to 2017, gaining extensive experience in audits for prominent international companies. Dian has also interned at IBM in 2011, managing invoice reimbursement processes. They passed the AICPA and CICPA exams and are a CFA Level II candidate. Dian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nanjing University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
