Through strong project coordination Fotenn expertly manages complex projects by facilitating and overseeing the work of interdisciplinary consulting teams, ensuring excellent communication with approval authorities and clients, and effectively managing project timelines and budgets. All of our team members are skilled at creatively resolving issues associated with controversial Land Development and Planning Approvals projects, achieving community consensus and meaningful public input through workshops and design charrettes and assisting corporate and government clients in establishing strategic planning priorities and crystallizing their visions.
