Sofie Kahr

Sofie Kahr has extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management, spanning over a decade. Starting as a Praktikant at Comentor A/S, Sofie transitioned to a Konsulent role, focusing on recruitment processes. Subsequently, Sofie worked at JKS a/s as a Personalekonsulent, both during a summer stint and in a longer-term position, where responsibilities included conducting personal interviews and candidate searches. From January 2021 to March 2025, Sofie held multiple leadership roles at Bilka, including Afdelingsleder in Customer & People, and was involved in recruitment for the department. Sofie's career in retail began at Bilka in 2002, progressing from a part-time role to significant departmental leadership. Currently, Sofie serves as Service- og personalechef at føtex. Sofie's educational background includes a Cand Mag in Kultur, Kommunikation og Globalisering from Aalborg Universitet and a Bachelor’s degree in Engelsk og Internationale Studier.
