Rob Kline, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway design and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Civil Engineer at The Foth Companies since November 2021, Rob previously held the position of Senior Engineer and Project Manager at GBA (George Butler Associates) from January 2006 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing and designing a variety of roadway projects for local municipalities and departments of transportation. Notably, Rob was the Roadway Design Segment Leader for KDOT's first design-build project, the Johnson County Gateway. Earlier in the career, Rob gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Snyder & Associates, Inc., and as an Engineering Student Intern with the Iowa Department of Transportation. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 2005.
