Since 1967, Fotofab has provided high quality photochemical etched parts to engineers in the electronic, medical, aerospace, and defense industries. The chemical etching process provides quick precision metal components at a fraction of standard hard-tooling costs. 

Fotofab manufactures application components including, but not limited to, RF & EMI shields, screens, contacts, connector housings, antenna, lead frames, and biomedical snares. Fotofab also offers many value-add options for these parts, like forming, plating, and diffusion bonding, so parts are made exact to print and delivered ready to use.

From pre-prototyping through production, our technical staff is available to advise on metallurgical and engineering issues, including materials selection and design refinements.
