Anders Evensen started their work experience in 1996 as an Engineering Student at Nera AS, SatCom division. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Software Engineer at Quick Software Development AS, where they developed various Windows-based software using Delphi and C++.
In 2000, they joined Balder Programvare AS as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the marketing software suite Million Handshakes. Anders was responsible for developing Windows server and client applications, as well as designing software and databases. Anders also conducted technical courses and training for consultants.
From 2001 to 2002, Anders was an Ex-pat at Million Handshakes BV in the Netherlands. Anders worked as a Software Engineer on the marketing software suite Million Handshakes, developing Windows server and client applications using Delphi and working with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Anders then moved on to Million Handshakes as a Senior Software Engineer, Head of Development, and Co-owner from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they coordinated the product development of Million Handshakes in Oslo and designed and implemented a new module for web-based questionnaires.
From 2008 to 2010, Anders worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Software Architect at Portrait Software, where they were a member of the Portrait Software Architecture Group. Anders developed backend and front-end solutions using Delphi, C#, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle databases. Anders also integrated Million Handshakes and other Portrait Software products to create a marketing software solution.
Anders then joined Pitney Bowes in 2011 as a Senior Software Engineer. Anders was a member of the Portrait Software Architecture Group, which was acquired by Pitney Bowes. Anders developed backend and front-end solutions using Delphi, C#, Microsoft .NET, and worked on projects related to Portrait Software.
Since 2016, Anders has been working as a Senior Software Engineer at ROCS - Rocket Science of Marketing. Anders is a freelancer from their own company, Huset Gaard Programvare AS. Their projects at ROCS have been focused on marketing software solutions, including an application for online sign-up to events and a web-based administration module.
Most recently, Anders joined FotoWare in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they continue to utilize their skills and experience in software engineering.
Anders Evensen obtained a Master's degree in Electronics and Signal Processing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between the years 1992 and 1996.
