David E. Horton

M&A Director at FotoWare

David E. Horton began their work experience in 2011 as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2014. David E. then worked as a Business Development Intern at HSBC Commercial Banking in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Valuation Consultant at Empire Valuation Consultants. From 2017 to 2018, they worked in Corporate Finance at Beringer Finance. David E. then moved on to EY-Parthenon in 2018, where they worked as a Manager in M&A Strategy until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Corporate Development at FotoWare, starting in 2021.

David E. Horton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Iowa State University, graduating in 2010. Later, in 2016, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Columbia Business School.
