Florian Winter has a strong background in software development and architecture. Florian worked at FotoWare from 2011 to the present, where they began as a Software Developer and eventually became a Senior Software Architect. In their role, they were responsible for developing and architecting FotoWare's Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, including their SaaS platform, on-premises software, and API. Prior to their time at FotoWare, Florian worked at Motama GmbH from 2006 to 2011 as a Senior Software Developer, where they focused on software development and architecture for network-integrated multimedia middleware and DVB streaming/transcoding appliances. Florian's work experience also includes a position as a Student Research Assistant at the Chair of Computer Graphics at Saarland University from 2001 to 2006.

Florian Winter attended Universität des Saarlandes from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
