Lance P.

Lance P. is the Founder and CEO of Found, a platform revolutionizing insurance through AI technology and community engagement, which they have been leading since 2022. Previously, Lance was a professional football player from 1996 to 2006, and they founded Gallivant Racing Tours from 2006 to 2008. Lance also worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Cube Group and contributed to the States of Guernsey as a Digital Strategist and Digital Ambassador, where they helped develop the island’s digital and entrepreneurial sectors. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on strategy, alongside a double degree in Business HR and Arts in Sport Management from Victoria University. Currently, they are also the Founder of Fairgame Ventures, focusing on creating innovative start-up ventures.
