John McDonnell is the Head of Data at Found.com, where they lead a team focused on enhancing platform performance for small businesses through advanced data practices. Previously, John contributed as a Research Scientist and Co-Founder at Rubber Ducky Labs, and as a Director of Machine Learning at Stitch Fix, where they shaped the core user experience with innovative algorithms. Their earlier experience includes roles at the NYU Computational Cognition Lab and Square, cementing a diverse background in data science, machine learning, and AI. John holds a B.A./B.Sc. in Cognitive Science from McGill University.
