Customer Experience Specialist at Found

Lance Conzett is a customer experience specialist at Found. Prior to joining Found, they worked as a program manager at Uber, where they helped lead efforts to integrate Postmates Customer Experience into Uber CommOps. Some of their responsibilities included working with CommOps PMOs to project plan and manage the Postmates support integration from a people, process, and policy standpoint, partnering with Uber's Customer Obsession team to ensure a smooth migration of Postmates customer, courier, and merchant support conversations into Uber systems, and planning and executing a strategy to sunset legacy support systems. Lance has also acted as a general consultant for all Postmates CX-related questions from our new Uber colleagues.

Lance Conzett has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Belmont University and a High School Diploma from Hume-Fogg Academic Magnet. Lance is also certified as a Zendesk Support Administrator Expert I.

Lance Conzett reports to Lauren Myrick, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ray Jones - Customer Experience Specialist, Jarred Hawkins - Software Engineer, and Daniel Pelletier - Risk Analyst.
