Stefan Ottenheijm

Stefan Ottenheijm has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on digital health and innovation. Stefan currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at Founda, a company that aims to build a global infrastructure for healthcare providers and technology providers to connect and exchange clinical data. Prior to joining Founda in 2021, Stefan worked at SAP as an Industry Value Advisor for Public Services & Healthcare from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Advisor for Digital Health at Nictiz from 2014 to 2016. Stefan also has experience working in policy advisory roles, having served as a Senior Policy Advisor on Digital Health and Innovation at Ministerie van VWS from 2008 to 2014. Stefan started their career with an internship at NOC*NSF in 2007. Throughout their career, Stefan has gained expertise in promoting interoperability and scalability in the healthcare sector.

Stefan Ottenheijm's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Human Movement Sciences from the University of Groningen, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Stefan then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Movement Sciences, specializing in Sports, Performance, and Learning, at the University of Groningen from 2006 to 2008. Before attending the university, Stefan completed their secondary education at Jeanne d'Arc College Maastricht, where they obtained a VWO (pre-university education) degree in Nature & Technique from 1997 to 2003.
