Katie Decker

Katie Decker is an implementation specialist at Foundant Technologies. Katie has also worked as a grants management coordinator at the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque from December 2014 to February 2020. There, they were responsible for overseeing the grantmaking committee and hosting periodic meetings, establishing guidelines, application questions, reviewer forms/criteria, award/decline letters and outcomes report, and ensuring alignment of CFGD mission and priorities with grantmaking. Katie also managed the CFGD Community Impact Grant, Women’s Giving Circle, YAPPERS, affiliate and corporate grant programs in Foundant.

Katie Decker has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dubuque, an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Northeast Iowa Community College, and a High School Diploma in General Studies from Bellevue High School. Katie also has a certification from the American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid.
