Foundation Bookkeeping isn't your typical bookkeeping firm—and that's the point.

We're a team with deep financial expertise—CFPs, CPAs, insurance professionals, and real estate investors—who became bookkeepers because we kept seeing the same frustrating pattern: hardworking business owners making good money but struggling to pay themselves, build personal wealth, or understand where their cash was actually going.

The Problem We Solve:
You're profitable on paper but can't seem to set money aside. You're spending in the wrong places, losing track of cash flow, and watching profit disappear without understanding why. Tax time is stressful, and your personal goals keep getting pushed aside because "the business needs it."

Our Approach:
We provide strategic bookkeeping that helps you take control of your money and create margin for your personal goals. Using Profit First methodology, debt optimization strategies, and proactive tax planning, we don't just track your numbers—we help you understand them and make informed decisions about where your money goes.

What Makes Us Different:
• Team credentials including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and insurance licenses
• 30+ years of accounting experience in hospitality, medical services, and real estate
• Real-world experience building investment portfolios and managing rental properties
• Comprehensive protection planning: disability, life, P&C insurance, employee benefits, and estate planning
• We understand both business operations AND personal wealth-building because we've done it ourselves

Our Services:
Tiered bookkeeping solutions powered by QuickBooks Online, Profit First cash flow strategies, debt snowball tracking, tax minimization planning, and the clarity you need to finally set money aside for yourself and your family.
