Katherine Bisson

Katherine Bisson currently serves as Program Manager at Foundation Communities since October 2022. Prior to this role, Katherine was a Texas Balance of State CoC Board Member at Texas Homeless Network from September 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included determining policy direction and overseeing the work of various committees. Katherine held the position of Executive Director and Program Director at Abilene Hope Haven Inc from June 2017 to July 2022. Additionally, Katherine served as an Adjunct Professor at Abilene Christian University and worked in various roles within the social services and hospitality sectors. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M-Central Texas.
