Greg McRay is the Founder and CEO of Foundation Group, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in nonprofit services. Since launching the firm in 1995, Greg has guided over 25,000 charities through the complexities of nonprofit formation, compliance, bookkeeping, and IRS tax preparation. Greg obtained the IRS designation of Enrolled Agent in 1997, enabling representation of taxpayers nationwide. Currently, Greg also serves as the President of the Nonprofit Services Division of BryteBridge Compliance Group, following the acquisition of Foundation Group. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
