Since 2017, we have been creating projects in the fields of civic and global education, youth participation, international exchange and dialogue building. Our foundation was born from a desire to turn our ideas and dreams for change into action and to invite others to join us.

🔹 We work together to build a world where everyone’s needs are seen and where diversity is a resource.
🔹 We facilitate conversations and dialogue, including on difficult and polarizing topics, because only by talking with one another can we truly understand each other and begin to find new ways to help one another and our communities thrive.
🔹 We support people in discovering their potential, expressing themselves authentically, and listening to others with empathy.
🔹 We share our experience through workshops and trainings in communication, dialogue, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), trauma-aware approaches, youth work, and the facilitation of group processes.

If dialogue, empathy, and co-creation are close to your heart, we invite you to follow us, collaborate with us, or simply start a conversation - because every dialogue can be the beginning of the change we want to see in the world.
