Foundation RPO is a beauty-focused RPO partner built for brands that need to hire well, scale intentionally, and protect their employer brand while they grow.

We work exclusively with beauty companies to own and optimize their recruiting function — from talent strategy and sourcing through hiring execution — so internal teams can stay focused on building the business.

Foundation RPO was created to solve a common problem in beauty:
growing brands outpace their internal recruiting capabilities long before they’re ready for a full in-house TA team.

Our model provides:

Embedded recruiting support that feels in-house, not outsourced

Beauty-industry expertise across corporate, retail, supply chain, marketing, and leadership roles

Performance-aligned RPO solutions designed to scale with the business

Process, technology, and employer brand support that strengthens hiring long-term — not just for one role

Foundation RPO partners with founders, CEOs, and People leaders who want a strategic hiring engine, not transactional recruiting.
