Ryan Kiernan

Ryan Kiernan, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Foundation Source since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Senior Director in Deals - Financial Diligence at EY-Parthenon, where responsibilities included conducting financial diligence for private equity and corporate clients in the Retail/Consumer Products and Manufacturing sectors.
