Virginia Egan, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Director of Human Resources at Foundation Source, where they manage a comprehensive range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. With a background as a strategic HR consultant and a Vice President of Operations at Cable Ready Corp., Virginia has a proven ability to navigate fast-paced corporate environments.
