Ben Abraham

Ben Abraham is currently the Trust & Safety Lead at Foundation. Prior to this, they were the Trust & Safety Vertical Manager at Kickstarter from July 2021 to November 2021. In this role, they ensured that the platform’s users and user-uploaded content were compliant with all regulations. Ben also collaborated with team members on projects which developed policies and tools/materials that improved the long-term health of the platform.

Before their role as Trust & Safety Vertical Manager, Ben was the Trust and Safety Lead Analyst at Kickstarter from June 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they communicated with team leads and various stakeholders when escalating issues that threatened the platform’s ecosystem. Ben also proposed and drafted feature requests to product teams for admin tools that optimized day-to-day Trust & Safety work.

Before their role as Lead Analyst, Ben was a Trust & Safety Analyst II at Kickstarter from July 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they managed a single direct report Trust & Safety Analyst and ensured that they were equipped to handle day-to-day tasks.

Ben began their career in compliance when they worked as a Compliance Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2015 to June 2018.

Ben Abraham completed a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland. Ben then studied Product Management at General Assembly.
