Matthew Vernon

Matthew Vernon is currently the Co-Founder & Head of De$ign at Foundation. Prior to this, they were the Lead Product Designer at Dharma from July 2018 to March 2020. There, they were responsible for leading design across all aspects, including Brand, Web, iOS and Android. From January 2018 to July 2018, they worked as a Freelance Designer with Set, and helped them raise their seed round while designing tokensets.com. Matthew also worked with Made Together as a Freelance Designer from August 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they were the Designer / Founder of Internetworld from March 2016 to February 2019, and the Founder of Neue Goods from November 2015 to December 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Product Designer, which they gained from their time at Present Company Pty Ltd from May 2015 to April 2016.

Matthew Vernon has a varied educational background in both design and business. Matthew began their studies with a Higher School Certificate from Mt. Carmel High School. Matthew then pursued a Diploma of Commercial Arts in Graphic Design from CATC Design School. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to return to school to study Typography at the Typography Summer School in New York City. most recently, they completed a course in Product Management from General Assembly.

Matthew Vernon reports to Kayvon Tehranian, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Elpizo Choi - Co-Founder & Head of Engineering, Jaysa Alvarez - Chief of Staff, and Kyt Janae - Director, Collector Relations.
