James Lodder

James Lodder is a recruitment leader who currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Vanguard Europe. After earning a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics from Nottingham Trent University, James built a diverse career in talent acquisition across various prestigious organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays. Prior to joining Vanguard, James held several key roles at Standard Chartered, where they managed large-scale recruitment and led the graduate talent acquisition strategy across the ASEAN region. Additionally, James has been the Director at Foundational, providing headhunting and fractional C-Suite services for founders in Southeast Asia since 2021.
