Foundations for Home is a collaborative of philanthropic partners committed to ensuring every Minnesotan has a place to call home. Formerly known as Heading Home Minnesota Funders Collaborative, we unite funders, advocates, and community leaders to drive systemic change and create coordinated and lasting housing solutions.

Our work focuses on:
•Public Policy: Strengthening the infrastructure and capacity of partners engaging in public policy work to defend proven solutions and build systems that increase access to stable, sustainable housing.
•Narrative Change:  Helping support the community value that successful community efforts are built on the foundation of stable housing.
•Lived Experience Leadership: Ensuring solutions are informed by those who are most impacted by our work. 

We believe that housing is more than shelter. It is the foundation for health, education, and economic security. Together, we’re building a future where every Minnesotan has a safe, stable place to call home.
