Foundations Physiotherapy is a community based private physiotherapy service specialising in physiotherapy for neurological conditions and the elderly. We aim to bridge the gap between the private sector and the NHS, having a thorough knowledge of what services are available to our clients we endeavour to refer patients to the NHS at the earliest opportunity. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care and creating a positive experience in what can be a challenging time for patients and their families.
