Jill McCarroll

Jill McCarroll is an Education Consultant and Research Strategist with over 17 years of experience in the federal, nonprofit, and academic sectors. Currently, as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Education & Well-Being Impact Consulting, LLC, they focus on helping organizations translate data and evidence into equitable strategies. In their role as Senior Scholar at Foundations, Inc. / The Academy at Penn, Jill leads qualitative research to inform equitable learning pathways. Jill holds a PhD in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has a strong commitment to community advocacy, including significant involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association.
