Rich Mitchell is an experienced school leader with a solid background in secondary education. They have held various leadership roles, serving as an assistant principal at several high schools and as a principal at William W. Bodine High School for International Affairs. Currently, Rich is the Executive Director of The Academy at Penn and is pursuing a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Recognized as a 2024 Lindback Distinguished Principal and a 2024 Neubauer Fellow in Educational Leadership, Rich is skilled in instructional leadership, talent management, and community engagement.
