FoundCare, Inc. is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center with centers located throughout Palm Beach County. Services include pediatric, geriatric, and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, women's health services (including screening mammography), and X-rays. We are here to serve your healthcare and dental needs.
