At Founder Design, we start from one belief: the business you build is shaped by the person building it. Work on the person, and the business follows.

We're not therapists, and we're not typical business coaches. Therapy looks backwards. Most coaches only work on the business. We look forwards, and we work on the founder, because how the figurehead of a company shows up emotionally directly influences how that company performs.

Our work sits across two connected pillars:

1/. Life Design - intentionally building a life that fits you: your values, your energy, what you actually want, and what you don't.
2/. Business Design - building a model and operation that fits that life, not the other way around.

Over time, three things shift:
- Regulate - you stop reacting in extremes. The highs don't take you off course; the lows don't take you out.
- Reconnect - you remember why you started and what you want this business to give you.
- Perform - you bring your best self to the work consistently, and the business improves as a byproduct.

We work most with founders who are starting out, feeling stuck, or “successful” on the outside but stretched underneath. There's no rigid timeline, we move with what's showing up in your week and build the longer picture as we go.

The best investment a founder can make is in themselves. Book a free 30-minute Founder Design assessment and we'll work out whether we're a fit.
