Adam H. has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and digital strategy. Adam has held various roles in different companies, starting their career as a Central Payments Intern at Dunnes Stores in 2011. Adam later worked as a Sales & Marketing Intern at the Irish Dairy Board, where they developed product demonstration strategies and managed key accounts.

Adam then joined Dunnes Stores as a Marketing Analyst, where they developed promotional strategies for various media channels and executed seasonal campaigns. Adam also briefly served as a Buying Administrator during their time at Dunnes Stores.

After Dunnes Stores, Adam worked at INSIGHT Marketing as a Brand Ambassador, delivering live activation experiential marketing campaigns for household name brands. Adam ensured brand messaging was effectively communicated to customers and documented customer feedback for client reports.

Adam then joined The Friday Agency as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they designed and implemented digital marketing strategies, managed social media channels, created content, and executed SEO and email marketing campaigns. Adam also managed Google Ad accounts for clients with a $25k monthly ad spend.

Next, Adam worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Varick North, a sales and marketing firm for high-growth companies. Adam specialized in strategic consulting, digital marketing, and sales development, leading and executing strategies with breakthrough results.

Adam also worked as a Digital Director at MH Marketing, where they provided marketing services to SMEs, startups, and multinational clients. Adam consulted on major projects and executed marketing activities such as digital strategy, website design and development, marketing events, SEO, social media management, digital advertising, and content creation.

Prior to their current role, Adam worked as a digital strategist consultant, managing digital projects such as email marketing, website design, events, SEO, social media, and Google Ads for various clients. Adam also developed comprehensive digital strategies and marketing plans for small to medium-sized businesses.

Currently, Adam is working as the Head of Marketing at AlphaRoot, a full-service insurance brokerage dedicated to supporting the cannabis industry. Adam leverages technology to provide an efficient fully-digital insurance purchasing process and offers a wide range of liability and employee-benefit coverages to cannabis businesses.

Before joining AlphaRoot, they were the EVP Marketing at Founder Shield, a company that aims to streamline and simplify the insurance purchasing process for innovative high companies.

Throughout their career, Adam has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and has experience working with a variety of clients and industries.

Adam H. completed their Leaving Certificate at St Andrews College in 2009. Adam then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, General from 2009 to 2012 at University College Dublin. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Dublin City University, where they obtained an M.Sc. in Digital Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Adam H. has received several certifications from Google. In February 2015, they obtained the Google Adwords Certification for Search & Display. In March 2015, they achieved the Google Video Advertising Certification. In May 2015, they obtained the Google Analytics Certification. Lastly, in March 2016, they received the Google Mobile Advertising Certification.
