Michael Goland

Michael Goland's work experience begins in 2010 as an Account Services Intern at Serino Coyne, Inc. In 2011, they interned at Alliance Agency as an Intern. Michael then joined Canvs AI, starting as an Analyst in September 2011 and later becoming the Director of Operations from April 2013 to July 2016. Goland worked at Shopkick starting in July 2016 as an Operations Analyst, then they transitioned to Operations and Analytics Manager, and eventually became the Senior Manager of Operations and Analytics until August 2018. From August 2018 to December 2020, Goland was the VP of Business Operations and Strategy at Founder Shield. Michael is currently serving as the EVP of Business Operations and Strategy at the same company, starting in January 2021.

Michael Goland received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include a certification in Business Process Improvement from LinkedIn, earned in November 2022, as well as certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma Green Belt obtained from Simplilearn and Aveta Business Institute, respectively, both in January 2018.
