Sefkan Ogut

Sefkan Ogut is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Associate Director of Broking at Founder Shield since January 2021, specializing in Technology/Cyber Liability, Directors and Officers, and Media Liability coverage for venture-backed companies. Prior to this, Sefkan held roles at CoverWallet, an Aon company, where responsibilities included Senior Account Executive/Broker and Account Executive/Broker during its acquisition by Aon in 2020. Earlier experiences include business development roles at EET Inc., operations internship at Caradon Capital Introductions, and an investment banking internship at Finansinvest. Sefkan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business/Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has foundational experience from earlier roles such as Student Caller at RIT Telefund and an internship with the United Nations Association of Rochester.
