Nik Riesmeier

Nik Riesmeier is an experienced professional in the fields of entrepreneurship, education technology, and business development. Currently serving as Director of EdTech Next at Founders Foundation gGmbH since August 2022, Riesmeier leads initiatives to enhance North Rhine-Westphalia's startup ecosystem for EdTech. Prior roles include Venture Development Manager at Helpling, Junior Product Manager at Trade Republic, and various management positions at startups such as Coya. Riesmeier also has political experience as a candidate for the Bundestag with Bündnis 90/Die Grünen NRW. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, as well as degrees from St. Petersburg State University, the University of Macau, and Maastricht University.
