Thomas joins Founders Future in 2022 as chief of staff .
Previously, he was chief of staff to Cédric O, Secretary of State for the Digital Transition and Electronic Communications. He had already worked in an investment fund, Meridiam, a specialist in the financing of infrastructure projects.
Thomas is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University.
