Simon Bauer

Simon Bauer is a co-founder and general partner at Founders Launchpad, an early-stage startup accelerator that offers venture capital, operational support, and mentorship to high-potential startups. Additionally, Simon serves as a venture partner at Seaborne Capital, a firm that invests in transformative entrepreneurs. Previous roles include partner and venture portfolio manager at AHG Lab, a prominent venture studio in the Philippines, and venture capital analyst at Freigeist and TEQ Capital. Simon has also held project and operations management positions in digital solutions and co-founded BeBetter Clothing. Simon holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Management, awarded with honors from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, and has furthered education at Hanyang University.
