Vincent Serpico has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Vincent founded Founders Workshop in 2009, a software development company that specializes in creating mobile and web apps for startups and non-tech founders. In 2016, they also founded Task Messenger, a task management system that simplifies assigning and tracking day-to-day activities.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Serpico worked as the Vice President of Product Development at Trivantis from 2011 to 2013, where they led a development team and collaborated closely with the executive team to define software solutions. Vincent also served as the VP of Development at Flypaper Studio, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, leading a team and playing a crucial role in designing and implementing the Flypaper Platform.

Serpico's earlier experiences include roles such as Director of Development at FreshBrew in 2007, Senior Software Engineer at Interactive Alchemy, Inc. in 2005, and Founder of Applied Financial Solutions from 2001 to 2006.

In 2021, Serpico became the owner of Breakthrough Smash Room, and prior to that, they worked as the CTO at SalesFitRx, an organization focused on optimizing sales activities.

Throughout their career, Serpico has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, and leading teams.

Vincent Serpico's education history begins in 1980 when they attended Miami Country Day School for an unspecified degree and field of study. After completing their high school education, they pursued an Associates degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College from 1988 to 1991. Later, they enrolled at Florida International University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In more recent years, in 2016 and 2017, Vincent expanded their knowledge and skills by completing various programs at Udacity. Vincent achieved a Nanodegree in Artificial Intelligence in 2017, as well as engaged in programs related to Machine Learning Engineering and Data Analysis during the same period.
