We are an Australian government approved early-stage investment fund for impact-focused start-ups (utilising a tax efficient ESVCLP structure).

When it comes to global environmental crises, we believe systems level change is needed to shift the dial. And that requires knowledge sharing, collaboration and an ecosystem wide approach utilising financial, social and intellectual capital.

Alongside our investment, we provide active mentoring, leadership, business and technical support to Founders and their teams looking to scale and grow sustainably.

We commit to our LPs and investors that impact will be measured, and our fund's performance will be fully transparent from both financial and impact return perspectives. 

And our LPs are encouraged to support portfolio Founders if their skills and networks are valuable. And they are able co-invest with the fund as applicable.
