Ryan Lu

Ryan LU is an experienced professional in project management and innovation consulting, currently serving as the Head of Project Management at FoundersLair since July 2021, where the focus is on connecting corporate innovation units with suitable startups for Proof of Concepts (POCs). Additionally, Ryan holds the role of Connector Manager for Greater China at FoundersLair since January 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a 大企业创新咨询师 at Innoway, where the emphasis was on innovation marketing research and consulting for prominent clients, including Fortune 500 companies. As a co-founder and COO of bzo, Ryan developed a startup specializing in online meal delivery, while prior roles involved project management at EED and ROCKONTROL, handling significant environmental projects and creating new departments. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Project Management from Sydney University.
