Brian Tait has over 15 years of experience in product development, engineering, operations, sales development, team development, and startup business strategy. In 2012, they began their career as the Chief Product Officer of ClearServe, a FounderTherapy Partner. Brian then became the Product Development Lead for AxialMarket Inc. in 2008, where they implemented and led the agile product development life-cycle. In 2005, they were the Sales and Customer Service Operations Manager for Sutherland Global Services, where they launched a sales and customer support operation for HP's Home and Home Office Store.
In 2012, Brian co-founded FounderTherapy and served as the Chief Product Therapist. Brian was responsible for software product development, engineering, operations, sales development, team development, and startup business strategy. In 2013, they became the Product Development and User Experience Lead at Harri.com, a FounderTherapy Partner. In 2014, they became the Chief Product Officer of both DomainSkate and InterviewJet, a FounderTherapy Partner.
Brian Tait obtained a BA in Politics and International Relations from Ithaca College in 1999. Brian then completed a Development Studies Program from the School for International Training in Kampala, Uganda. Brian also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Hewlett Packard.
