Niran Joy

Niran Joy has extensive experience in the field of management and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager and Reimagination Specialist at Foundit, formerly known as Monster, since August 2007. This role embodies a commitment to infuse creativity into recruitment processes. Prior to this, Niran worked at Airtel from January 2007 to July 2008. Niran's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, along with additional qualifications in Marketing and Finance from Rajagiri School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in Marketing from St Joseph's College Moolamattom. Early education was completed at GHHS Kamballur and Alphonsa Residential School Bharananganam.
