Jamie Carpenter

Product Director & Head of Customer Success at FoundIt!

Jamie Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jamie began their career at Home Retail Group PLC as a Customer Advisor from May 2008 to September 2010. Jamie then joined Debenhams as an Application Tester from May 2011 to July 2012, and later as an Online Marketing Assistant from July 2012 to August 2013. In 2014, they started working at FoundIt! as an Implementation Executive, eventually progressing to Customer Success Manager in August 2015 and then to Head of Customer Success in November 2017. In March 2022, they took on the role of Product Director & Head of Customer Success at FoundIt!, where they are currently employed.

Jamie Carpenter attended Heathfield Community School from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Plymouth from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with a 2:1 classification.
