Julia Langton is the Provincial Director of Research, Evaluation & Data at Foundry and has served as an Adjunct Professor at UBC School of Population and Public Health since 2018. With over a decade of experience in the applied health research system across academic, government, and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and Australia, Julia has a strong track record in leading high-performing teams to develop evidence-informed communications. Previously, Julia managed evaluation and impact analysis at Michael Smith Health Research BC and contributed to significant research initiatives at institutions like the University of Sydney and the National Health Performance Authority. Julia holds a Ph.D., a Master's, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales and remains dedicated to embedding strategic learning within organizational cultures to enhance health sector performance.
